Givenchy takeover at The Perfume Shop
In September, Givenchy embarked on a grand journey to transform The Perfume Shop sites across the UK and Ireland, promoting their L'Interdit fragrance line. Our mission was to design, produce, and install an engaging retail activation campaign that included in-store retail graphics, window vinyls, and bespoke window displays.
Challenges
Strict Deadline: The project timeline was demanding, requiring us to deliver a comprehensive campaign within a short timeframe to coincide with the September campaign.
Brand Adherence: Givenchy's strict brand guidelines necessitated that the campaign be designed, produced, and installed with attention to detail.
Consistency Across Locations: The campaign needed to be uniform and consistent across multiple locations in the UK and Ireland, despite variations in shopfront sizes and layouts.

Our approach
Site surveys: We initiated the project with thorough site surveys to gather detailed information about each shopfront's dimensions and structural characteristics.
Creative design: Our creative team used the survey data and Givenchy's brand guidelines to develop design concepts with visual renders of shopfronts.
Colour matching: Precise colour matching was essential to ensure that the campaign's colours matched Givenchy's branding, maintaining a high level of brand consistency.
Production: Once the design was approved, we moved on to production. Using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques, we produced the various campaign elements required for installation.
Project management: Our experienced project management team coordinated the entire process, ensuring that everything stayed on track and on time.
Pack & collation of campaign elements: We packed and collated all the campaign elements, taking care to prevent any damage during transportation.
Installation & logistics: A dedicated team handled the logistics of transporting campaign materials to each location, ensuring that the campaign was executed flawlessly and efficiently.
Derig at end of campaign: Post-campaign, our team swiftly executed the derig process, removing all campaign elements without damaging the site.
Responsible disposal of waste: We ensured that all waste generated during the installation and derig process was disposed of responsibly, in line with environmental regulations.
